Changing Your Breed Status

If your registration certificate or application states: "Breed Proclaimed by Owner", this indicates that the CPD does not have photos of the puppy in question or any members of the lineage to assist in ownership/breed verification. Mixed breed dogs cannot be upgraded to Class A status. If you would like to add your dog's photo to your account, please complete the form below. You will also receive a new registration certificate for your dog.
